Dr Lamrock is passionate about excellence in clinical practice and renowned for her expert individualised care. She is dedicated to education and training, regularly educating registrars, general practitioners, and medical students.

Dr Lamrock obtained her medical degree at Newcastle University, graduating with Distinction. She was awarded the Faculty of Health Medal and the Andrew Lojszczyk Prize for the highest overall ability in clinical performance in surgery.

Training and Experience

Dr Lamrock undertook her specialist dermatology training at Royal North Shore, Liverpool, Orange Base, and John Hunter hospitals. She has presented at the Austrian Society for Dermatology and Venereology and Australasian College of Dermatology conferences, and has published articles in the Australasian Journal of Dermatology.

Areas of Practice

Dr Lamrock is trained in all aspects of medical and surgical dermatology, with particular interests in:

Acne
Rosacea
Psoriasis
Vulval dermatology
Eczema (dermatitis)
Hyperhidrosis (excessive sweating)
Autoimmune connective tissue diseases

She manages the full spectrum of dermatological conditions including skin cancer detection and surveillance, hair loss, pigmentary disorders, blistering conditions, and vulval dermatology.

Procedures and Treatments

Dr Lamrock performs diagnostic skin biopsies, surgical excision of skin cancers, cryotherapy, phototherapy (narrowband UVB), photodynamic therapy, patch (allergy) testing, intralesional steroid injections, and botulinum toxin treatments for hyperhidrosis. Dr Lamrock also offers facial rejuvenation procedures.

Dr Barrett is qualified in Mohs Micrographic Surgery. Mohs procedures are performed at Ramsay Surgical Centre Charlestown. He also has special interests in skin cancer management, autoimmune bullous disease, and cutaneous lymphomas.
